Tri State Pinto Long Ear Association is the first Pinto Long Ear Charter.
TSPLEA supports Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. TSPLEA has been organized to further education and opportunities in the equine industry through shows, educational clinics, and auxiliary equine events.
